The Pricing:
Starting with your order.
Our team is dedicated to providing competitive, itemized quotes based on the estimates from your order. Once we receive your online refundable deposit, we can collaborate with you to create an accurate itemized price quote that fits your budget, utilizing information from a site installation assessment evaluation. If our price quote doesn't align with your budget, we will promptly refund your deposit. Moreover, if the deposit is approved, it can also be credited towards your Model and/or accessory purchase. Kindly note that shipping times and costs are subject to change.
The Process:
How we proceed with your order.
Upon receiving your refundable deposit, the Prefahb.com team will engage with you to discuss your order. We will carefully assess your site evaluation as per the chosen Model and determine the subsequent steps. It's important to note that site evaluations are customized for each unique building site. Once this assessment is finalized and precise estimates for site building installation, shipping, and model upgrade packages are determined, they will be integrated into an itemized quote. Upon confirmation of the itemized quote, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to initiate the construction of your model. As the model is readied for shipping to the building site, the remaining 40% balance will be due. Upon receipt of delivery, the final 10% balance is immediately payable. Please understand that shipping times and costs are subject to change.

Project support with your order.
At Prefahb, our dedicated team of in-house architects, engineers, and designers is committed to providing extensive support for your project. From generating CAD files for your municipality and acquiring permits to creating real-world 3D renderings that showcase the site's appearance at different times of the day and how natural light impacts the build-out, we are equipped to assist you with every aspect of your project.
Located in our studio office in Ubud, Bali, we are equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including 3D printing and the latest software applications, to ensure that we can fully support your next project.

How does the pricing process work at Prefahb?

Pricing starts with your order and a refundable online deposit. After we receive your deposit, we assess your site installation, shipping, and model upgrade needs to create an itemized quote. If the quote does not fit your budget, your deposit is refunded or can be applied toward your model or accessory purchase.
What is the process after I place a refundable deposit?

Once your refundable deposit is received, the Prefahb team:
1. discusses your order,
2. reviews your site evaluation, and
3. prepares an itemized quote.
After you approve the quote, a 50% nonrefundable deposit starts the build.
When the model is ready to ship, 40% is due, and the final 10% is paid upon delivery.
