Modern prefabricated homes are no longer an alternative to "real" architecture. They are real architecture, produced more efficiently, delivered faster, and increasingly designed with the same seriousness that previously characterized only custom construction.

The buyers who benefit most are those who want design quality without the custom construction process: the timeline, the uncertainty, the management overhead, and the cost escalation that comes with a multi-year site build.
